Dbajee Terms & Conditions — important information to review before you start

This document sets out the Terms & Conditions governing the relationship between Dbajee and all its users. By using the Dbajee website (dbajee.vu) or mobile app, you automatically agree to these terms.

In these Terms & Conditions, "Dbajee", "we", and "us" refer to the dbajee.vu platform and its operating entity. "User", "you", and "member" refer to any registered or unregistered visitor.

To register an account on Dbajee, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Registering with false details is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

The following details must be provided accurately during registration:

• Active Mobile Number
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• Country of Residence

Each individual is allowed only one Dbajee account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.

The minimum age to use Dbajee is 18. This is one of our most strictly enforced rules.

Eligibility Conditions:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be of sound mind and capable of making independent decisions
• Registration from restricted countries or regions is not permitted
• Have never been permanently banned from Dbajee before

All deposits and withdrawals on Dbajee must be made through secure, verified payment channels. Mobile banking, bank transfers, and approved electronic wallets are accepted.

Deposit rules:

• The minimum deposit amount will be displayed on the platform at any given time
• Only use payment accounts registered in your own name
• Using third-party payment accounts is prohibited

Casino game rules:

• All game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator)
• If a technical issue occurs during a game, Dbajee will review the relevant round
• If a Live Casino round is cancelled for any reason, all bets will be refunded

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Dbajee. Violations may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Bonus Abuse or Bonus Scheming
• Intentionally exploiting any bug or glitch in the game software
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to Dbajee systems
• Accessing another member's account
• Accessing the platform from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy
• Money Laundering or Illegal Transactions
• Disrespectful behavior toward other players or staff

Dbajee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts in the following circumstances:

• Terms and Conditions Violation
• Prohibited Activities
• Providing false information during KYC verification
• After an extended period of inactivity (generally 12 months)
• Regulatory Authority Guidelines

You may close your Dbajee account at any time. Please withdraw your remaining balance before closing the account.
